Orders will ship out within 24hrs of ordering except weekend(Friday-Sunday) orders ship out on Monday.

 We are NOT responsible for USPS  or UPS delays ! Contact your carrier if package is not received within 2 days of ESTIMATED delivery date.

Items containing lithium batteries( rechargeable vibrators) will be shipped USPS ground transport per USPS regulations.

 SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE TO BE SHIPPED due to USPS Hazmat regulations.
